• Croydon’s Urban Regeneration

    The London Borough of Croydon is ready to lay to rest the ghosts of the urban decay experienced over the last 30 years. As London’s largest borough by population, it’s best connected in terms of public transport, and it’s greenest (one third covered in green open space, 4 SSSI and 2 local nature reserves), it also suffers from a bad wrap in terms of PR. At Haxted we are working on a number of important urban regeneration schemes in the borough, and as a locally based business (and with a 40 odd year history via our founder), we feel that its right and proper to go local.
